Hello NC HOPErs!
We are so grateful to be back training face to face. It has been a great start to the new year! The NCCPSS certification training program has required all curriculum owners to make changes to our programs effective MARCH 1ST, 2021. Below is a list of changes you should expect to see:
- All participants must give a 3 week notice, in writing, if they plan not to attend a class they have registered for in order to qualify for a refund. All other ways a refund will be honored is listed on our cost and registrations page.
- If you miss more than 3 hours of class time you will be required to stop the class, register again, start over and pay for the class again.
- If a class has less than 5 people attending the class must be canceled.
- If you have any complaints you would like to express feel free to contact us at 919-809-7101 or the anonymous NCCPSS Program line at 919-843-3018.
- We would like to reiterate that we recognize all paths to recovery and will provide reasonable accommodations where ever possible when we are informed of such needs.
